Description de la mission

* Owning our CRM journeys – customers and candidates
* Setup, execute and optimize CRM campaigns together with leading the CRM Campaign team
* Providing recommendations to improve campaign strategies and results
* Gather and share campaign best practices throughout the company (within the team and internal clients)
* Plan and execute multi wave and multi-channel CRM strategies
* Working with the Data & CRM Analytics, within the CRM Team, in order to better define the data points (ex: segmentation, optimization) , plan and execute, measure and optimize in order to would allow for a more effective campaign
* Working with Senior Country Marketing Managers their respective Teams, to better align and establish the Campaign Calendar and respective Business Objectives
* Supporting with campaign analysis, trouble shooting issues, identifying and recommending solutions to the wider team

Profil recherché

* Excellent level in English + other EU language is a plus (i.e. German/French)
* Min of 3 years of working experience with CRM tools (ideally Pardot and/or Exact Target or similar marketing automation tools)
* Ideally 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
* Experience within Service industry (as opposed to product) + Experience with B2B
* Strong knowledge in HTML
* Degree in Business Management or Marketing
* Agile and change management mindset
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Rigorous and detail oriented
* Great organization and people management skills
* Problem solving capabilities
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude and influencing skills
* Team-player
